Rabbiteye Blueberry
Blueberries need full sun and moist, very acid soil. A well drained soil with plenty of organic matter incorporated into the soil is best. The soil PH should be between 4.5 and 5.5. They will not tolerate salt spray, and will not grow in the Tropical south. Two different selections are required for cross pollination to have berries. Rabbiteye blueberries are not only delicious but the plant itself is a an attractive edition to your home gardens. They have beautifu bell shaped l flowers that grow in clusters and beautiful fall color as well. They bloom in the spring.
