Blueberries need full sun and moist, very acid soil. A well drained soil with plenty of organic matter incorporated into the soil is best. The soil should be between 4.5 and 5.5. They will not tolerate salt spray, and will not grow in the Tropical south. Two different selections are required for cross pollination to have berries.
